About the position
The Community Liaison at Three Oaks Hospice is responsible for promoting hospice programs and services, establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying potential admissions within the community. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive timely hospice care while embodying the company's mission to listen, care, and serve.
Responsibilities
- Promote hospice programs and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, nursing facilities, and discharge planners.
- Identify admissions in the community within assigned territory to enroll in hospice in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with additional experience substituting for educational requirements.
- Minimum of one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
- One to two years' experience in hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state law.

- Experience in hospice care or palliative marketing.
