About the position
The Experienced Hospice Marketer will play a vital role in promoting and expanding hospice services for American Veterans Hospice. This position focuses on developing strategic marketing initiatives, establishing relationships with healthcare providers, and participating in community events to increase referrals and brand awareness. The marketer will also monitor referral metrics and collaborate with the management team to identify growth opportunities, ensuring a compassionate approach to hospice care is conveyed to potential referral sources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase hospice referrals and brand awareness.
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to foster a consistent stream of referrals.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about hospice services.
- Monitor and analyze referral metrics, aiming for at least 10 referrals per month and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas of opportunity and growth within the hospice marketing landscape.
- Provide regular reports on marketing efforts, successes, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice marketing.
- Proven track record of generating referrals and achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- A compassionate approach with a deep understanding of the hospice care industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
