Responsibilities

• Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas.

• Drive to/from patient locations as needed, spending approximately 20% of the day on the road.
• Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software for patient management.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of Illinois.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience, preferably in hospice care.
• Current driver's license.
