As the RN Administrator, you will report directly to the Assistant Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned hospice location. This includes overseeing the coordination of patient admissions to Hospice Services, ensuring a smooth and systematic process, and arranging for ancillary services that complement patient care. You will also supervise and evaluate hospice personnel and volunteers, coordinate services among team members, and maintain ongoing communication with leadership. Your key responsibilities will include demonstrating a commitment to excellence in quality care, promoting compliance with regulatory standards, managing human resources effectively, and ensuring positive communication within the team. You will be responsible for the selection, supervision, and evaluation of interdisciplinary team members, managing office operations, and monitoring the quality of patient care. Additionally, you will manage financial resources prudently, ensuring that expenditures remain within the annual budget and preparing monthly financial reviews. This position requires a Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. You should have at least one year of management or supervisory experience, along with two or more years in hospice or home care. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively are essential for success in this role.
