About the position
The Hospice Sales Liaison at Three Oaks Hospice is responsible for promoting hospice services and establishing relationships with healthcare professionals and community agencies. This role focuses on sales and marketing within the healthcare sector, particularly in hospice care, and requires a strong ability to communicate and negotiate effectively. Responsibilities
- Promote hospice services to healthcare professionals and community agencies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key staff and marketing contracts.
- Generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts, including physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure understanding of hospice services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with additional experience considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, and CRM programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in hospice services sales preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
