Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical hospital setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive information.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in medical billing preferred but not required.
