The Hospital Greeter at Jefferson Bucks County plays a vital role in welcoming and assisting patients, their families, and visitors entering the hospital. This part-time position focuses on creating a caring and efficient atmosphere by providing information, directing visitors, and ensuring a positive experience for all who enter the facility.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors entering the hospital.
• Answer questions and provide information such as patient floor and room numbers.
• Utilize internal software to register visitors and direct them to their required locations.
• Meet standards of the Patient Satisfaction Initiative Criteria.
• Cordially greet visitors and ascertain their needs, directing them accordingly.
• Provide assistance with wheelchairs and escort or transport individuals to their destinations.
• Contact Security, Environmental Services, or Facilities Management for assistance when necessary.
• Monitor the overall appearance of the hospital entrance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous office experience is required, with a preference for individuals with medical office or customer service experience.
