Hospital Housekeeper 2nd Shift

About the position

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking full-time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for the 2nd Shift at Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, Arizona. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various healthcare facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff. The position offers immediate offers for qualified candidates, with a competitive hourly pay rate and shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent required.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
• Post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test required.
