About the position

The Hospital Operations Coordinator - RN at Sinai Hospital is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of hospital units and services, particularly during evening and night shifts. Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to overall hospital operations and throughput in the absence of hospital administration.
• Serve as a liaison to all hospital departments and staff to ensure quality service to all customers.
• Ensure efficient and seamless operation of hospital units and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from CCNE accredited schools.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, including critical care or emergency care.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification.
• ACLS Certification.
• Trauma ITR within one year of hire.
