About the position

The Hospital Operations Coordinator at Mercy is responsible for providing clerical, data, and financial management support within the department. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an office manager or department assistant.
  • High school diploma or GED with specialized training (minimum 6 months).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with database management and data management.
  • Ability to perform calculations and manage time and materials efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 or more years of formal training in data management, accounting, purchasing, or office management.
  • Valid Driver's License for all Mercy locations.
