About the position

The Hospital Operations Coordinator (RN) at Sinai Hospital is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of hospital units and services, particularly in the absence of hospital administration. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring quality service across all departments while reflecting the hospital's mission and values. The coordinator will act as a liaison among various hospital departments and staff, contributing to the overall throughput and operational effectiveness of the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities related to overall hospital operations and throughput in the absence of hospital administration.
  • Serve as a liaison to all hospital departments and staff to ensure quality service to all customers.
  • Ensure efficient and seamless operation of hospital units and services.
  • Reflect the mission, vision, and philosophy of Sinai Hospital in all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from CCNE accredited schools.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience, including critical care or emergency care.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification.
  • ACLS Certification.
  • Trauma ITR within one year of hire.
