About the position

The Senior On-Site Service Specialist in Hospitality is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service to clients, ensuring smooth delivery of conference and function services. This role involves setting up and breaking down conference rooms, maintaining cleanliness standards, and performing general office maintenance tasks. The position requires excellent client service and coordination of meeting rooms and events, along with clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent and professional client service at all times
  • Lead in coordinating meeting rooms and events
  • Train team members on responsibilities and tasks associated with the position
  • Set up and break down conference rooms, including tables, chairs, and catering arrangements
  • Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages
  • Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
  • Assist in cleaning kitchen and function areas as directed
  • Manage conference/hospitality calendar and greet clients and guests
  • Perform conference room sweeps and maintain cleanliness
  • Set up flip charts, whiteboards, and cork boards
  • Prepare food for client meetings and events
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and kitchen equipment
  • Load dishwasher with used items
  • Order and track inventory for supplies and food
  • Perform occasional cleaning duties in the office or building locations
  • Perform general clerical, copy center, mail, and delivery duties as required
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related hospitality and office experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required
