About the position

The Site Manager is accountable for the daily operations of a small to medium site and manages a small team. This role involves managing contracted services including, but not limited to, Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Kitchen, Conference Room upkeep, Reception, Smart Hands Tech support, Supply/Inventory Management and upkeep, Imaging and Mail services. The Site Manager is responsible for assessing talent, staff career development, and conducting performance management activities and employee counseling with support from assigned leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of a small-medium size site while managing a small team of direct reports.
  • Prioritize multiple and competing priorities and communicate team vision and priorities.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Ricoh products and offerings.
  • Manage total production labor percentages and achieve established labor and quality control standards.
  • Improve quality of operations using RICOH Service Excellence tools.
  • Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements and work with customers to improve business processes.
  • Create and maintain a customer-focused environment with regular feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist in achieving goals in Audit and Deadline standards and compliance.
  • Ensure proper staffing by matching employee skills with production demands.
  • Motivate employees and recognize their accomplishments in a timely manner.
  • Communicate job expectations and provide training and coaching to direct reports.
  • Identify training and performance planning targets for staff development.
  • Maintain formal contact with the customer on a daily basis.
  • Understand client requirements and adjust processes as necessary.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues concerning pricing, orders, and invoicing.
  • Create and support site required reporting and customer presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
  • Previous 2 years of managerial work experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience required.
  • Demonstrated high-level knowledge and understanding of technology.
  • Proficient user of Office 365.
