About the position

Hell's Kitchen Hospitality is seeking dedicated Full-Time Assistant Managers to join our vibrant team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences across a variety of concepts. You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and sustaining a beverage program that reflects contemporary trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your team, focusing on training and growth to ensure that all members are equipped to deliver outstanding service. Your robust administrative capabilities will be put to use in scheduling, cost management, inventory oversight, and payroll. An adaptable mindset is key, as you will be expected to advocate for innovative changes that enhance our operations and guest experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations with purpose, ensuring that quality benchmarks are consistently met while prioritizing health and safety protocols. You will also drive new revenue opportunities through brand marketing and events, making your contributions vital to the success of our hospitality concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations with purpose, fostering an engaged and energetic service environment
  • Cultivate and enhance a seasonal craft cocktail program
  • Integrate various elements - recruit, interview, onboard, mentor, and develop team members
  • Facilitate weekly management meetings and daily pre-shift briefings to align goals and provide ongoing training
  • Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, cash flow, and sales analysis
  • Ensure consistent adherence to quality benchmarks
  • Prioritize health and safety protocols
  • Drive new revenue opportunities through brand marketing and events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in staff training, management, and food service operations
  • Background in supervision, hospitality, and kitchen oversight
  • Competent in team leadership, interviewing, and food preparation
  • Experienced in inventory management and POS systems
  • Prior experience in upscale casual or fine dining is essential
  • Familiar with food production, catering, bar management, and bartending
  • Capable of managing payroll, administrative duties, and training & development
  • Full & Open Availability
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • Proficient in Google Drive (sheets, docs, calendar, meet)
  • Minimum of 3 years in upscale management roles
