Additionally, the Assistant Captain will assist in post-service duties, which include cleaning, restocking supplies, and preparing for the next day's operations. Participation in weekly deep cleaning activities is also required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will exhibit exemplary professionalism and a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
