Responsibilities

  • Station Training (cleaning, front desk, building tour)
  • Shadow monitoring
  • Evaluations
  • Addressing guest issues
  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Covering shifts
  • Managing daily schedules
  • Conducting daily inspections
  • Handling deliveries and inventory

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel operations or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to speak Spanish for effective communication with diverse guests
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in supervising staff and managing team dynamics
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures, budgeting, and revenue management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
