Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, and providing recommendations regarding food, beverages, and services. You will serve food and beverages to patrons, engage with guests to enhance their experience, and complete all opening and closing tasks in accordance with company standards. Additionally, you will accurately process customer payments and finalize reports, ensuring a smooth operation during your shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain your workspace effectively.
  • Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and provide recommendations regarding food, beverages, and services.
  • Serve food and beverages to patrons.
  • Engage with guests, providing information about the establishment, its location, and the culinary offerings to enhance their experience.
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks in accordance with company standards.
  • Accurately process customer payments and finalize reports.

Requirements

  • Ability to complete all required training.
  • Commitment to adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic, and verbal communication are essential.
  • Mobility is required throughout the entire shift.
  • Capability to perform all tasks necessary to maintain a clean and organized work environment, including familiarity with Point of Sale and Reservation Systems.
  • Availability for breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
