About the position

The Hospitality Center Manager at Foley Family Wines & Spirits is a leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving membership and financial goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and organizational skills, responsible for optimizing member and guest experiences, driving retail sales, and developing staff. The manager will lead a team to exceed customer service expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key community partners and develop inter-winery partnerships.
• Track and deliver daily/monthly/annual metrics to senior leadership.
• Work closely with senior management to exceed member acquisition and retention rates, sales volume, and KPI goals.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement through leadership behaviors.
• Lead the team to exceed customer service expectations and motivate team members to hit goals.
• Support direct reports in developing skills and coaching on professional development.
• Create and deliver quarterly performance assessments for all direct reports.
• Understand and train employees on the company's core values.
• Deploy critical thinking and problem-solving skills when challenges arise.
• Collaborate across the business to execute best-in-class experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a wine-related technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality-related experience.
• 3-5 years of hospitality management experience.
• High level of wine knowledge and ability to execute experiences independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• POS and cash handling experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
