About the position
The Hospitality Concierge/Butler role is designed for individuals who excel in customer service and enjoy assisting others. This position focuses on attending to the needs of residents in a luxury senior living community, specifically on the Penthouse and Serenade floors. The Concierge will manage various tasks including room service delivery, personal shopping, and transportation arrangements, while also fostering a positive and engaging environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Penthouse/Serenade floor Taste of RUI ordering and execute room delivery service to the Penthouse residents.
- Coordinate personal shopping and/or grocery delivery for residents upon request.
- Deliver guests' mail and messages promptly.
- Stay informed about new promotions, menu changes, and scheduled activities.
- Assist in arranging resident transportation for medical or personal appointments when needed.
- Plan, host, and serve Penthouse social hour from Taste of RUI fine dining.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and work as part of a team.
