About the position

The Hospitality Cloud Senior Solution Architect will collaborate with client engineers and Oracle's teams to define solution architecture and technical design, focusing on delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their requirements, providing technical leadership, and influencing product development based on non-functional requirements. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Define comprehensive, end-to-end solutions and technical designs based on client use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Advise stakeholders on technical capabilities and solutions, ensuring effective communication with C-level leaders.
  • Provide mentorship to customer and Oracle technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze non-functional requirements to ensure product engineering meets security, performance, and reliability standards.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of technical experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development.
  • Proficiency in API management and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and application containers.
  • Experience with programming languages like Java and DevOps practices including CI/CD tools.
  • Expertise in Oracle products and hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, and Azure.
