As a Hospitality Event Leader at Cescaphe Event Group, you will play a pivotal role in creating once-in-a-lifetime, distinctive events that reflect genuine care and passion. Cescaphe Event Group is recognized as Philadelphia's premier special event hospitality catering team, known for outstanding cuisine and world-class service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that both employees and guests are happy, taking pride in exceeding guest expectations and bringing clients' visions to life. In this role, you will work closely with event managers, team members, and guests to create unforgettable experiences. You will be responsible for promoting team growth through training and development, ensuring that service standards are maintained, and fostering a spirit of collaboration within the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management or event planning, particularly within a high-quality fresh food setting, and will be flexible and adaptable to the team's needs. You will also need to demonstrate a proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change, all while maintaining a positive and self-motivated approach to team success. This position offers an hourly pay range of $28 to $32, based on experience, with expected hours between 30 to 50 per week. Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in hospitality management or event planning.
  • Experience in a high-quality fresh food setting.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
