The Seasonal Hospitality General Staff Team Member at Homestead-Miami Speedway will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience during race events. This position is part of the Event Experience team, which is dedicated to ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable time at the Speedway. The General Hospitality position involves a variety of responsibilities, including greeting guests as they arrive, checking admissions, and providing answers to any questions guests may have regarding the various hospitality locations on race day. Team members must be prepared to work extended hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, as dictated by the event schedule.
