About the position

The Hospitality Excellence Manager at Restaurant Associates is responsible for enhancing the guest experience within food and beverage operations. This role focuses on cultivating a guest-centric culture, overseeing a team of food service managers and associates, and ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable. The manager will work closely with the Regional Experience Director to develop and launch the Experience Team, implementing strategies that align with the brand's image and elevate the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement regional strategies to deliver best-in-class hospitality experiences.
  • Manage the merchandising and visual experience of food service areas.
  • Work in partnership with key client groups to understand their needs and develop tailored experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate hospitality performance at the site level.
  • Identify training opportunities and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to design appealing and diverse menus.
  • Develop and implement new food concepts that enhance user experience.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate hospitality practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the food, beverage, or hotel industry with a focus on guest experiences.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to improve guest experience.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness in team dynamics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing food service teams.
  • Knowledge of culinary trends and dietary needs.
  • Familiarity with digital engagement strategies in hospitality.
