About the position

The Hospitality Excellence Manager at Restaurant Associates is responsible for enhancing the guest experience within food and beverage operations. This role focuses on cultivating a guest-centric culture, overseeing a team of food service managers and associates, and ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable. The manager will implement regional strategies, manage the physical space's merchandising, and foster relationships with key client groups to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement regional strategies to deliver best-in-class hospitality experiences.
  • Manage the merchandising and visual experience of food service areas.
  • Monitor and evaluate hospitality performance at the site while maintaining regional alignment.
  • Identify training opportunities and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and empower teams to deliver exceptional food experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the food, beverage, or hotel industry with a focus on guest experiences.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to improve the guest experience.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and bring in key stakeholders as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing food service operations in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of digital engagement strategies in hospitality.
