About the position

The Hospitality Excellence Manager at Restaurant Associates is responsible for enhancing the guest experience within food and beverage operations. This role focuses on cultivating a guest-centric culture, overseeing a team of food service managers and associates, and ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable. The manager will implement regional strategies, manage the visual and sensory aspects of the dining experience, and collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative food offerings.

Responsibilities

• Implement regional strategies to deliver best-in-class hospitality experiences.
• Manage the merchandising and visual experience of food service areas.
• Work in partnership with key client groups to understand their needs.
• Monitor and evaluate hospitality performance at the site.
• Identify training opportunities and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to design appealing menus and food offerings.
• Develop and implement new food concepts that enhance user experience.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the status quo and introduce new ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the food, beverage, or hotel industry with a focus on guest experiences.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and best practices.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to improve guest experience.
• Ability to work independently and bring in key stakeholders as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to think strategically and provide concrete plans and solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
