As a Hospitality/Front of House Manager in Training (MIT), you will embark on a journey to prepare for a potential leadership role within the hospitality team. This position involves learning best practices across various operational areas, including marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss management. You will participate in the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP), which combines assessment, organizational training, and one-on-one coaching to develop future leaders. The program is designed to be completed in 12 weeks or more, depending on individual learning needs and business goals. Upon successful completion of AMP, you may be required to relocate within your assigned region for placement opportunities, which are based on performance and business needs.
