Responsibilities

• Receive targeted training for an entry-level management role in hospitality.
• Learn and apply best practices in marketing, customer service, and retail operations.
• Participate in the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP) for management development.
• Gain hands-on experience at a designated location.
• Prepare for potential roles such as Café Manager, Catering Manager, or Conference Coordinator upon successful completion of training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required by August 2025 or earlier.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, or corporate dining.
• Basic knowledge of profit and loss management, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
