About the position

The Hospitality/Front of House Manager in Training (MIT) role at Unidine is designed for individuals passionate about developing their leadership skills in the hospitality industry. This position offers a comprehensive training experience through the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP), preparing candidates for future management roles within the company. The MIT will engage in hands-on learning across various operational areas, including customer service, marketing, and financial management, while contributing to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP) to develop management skills.
  • Engage in hands-on training at a designated location to learn best practices in hospitality management.
  • Assist in various operational areas such as marketing, customer service, and retail management.
  • Support hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss management processes.
  • Build strategic partnerships with clients and deliver exceptional service to guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree received by August 2025 or prior (required).
  • One year of customer service or hospitality work/internship experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including profit and loss management, inventory, and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with peers, employees, clients, and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations.
  • Basic knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and marketing.
  • Competency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Driver's License (preferred, but may be required for certain roles).
