About the position

At Chick-fil-A, Team Leaders play a crucial role in ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. They assist the management team in all aspects of shift leadership, supervising assigned stations throughout their shift. Team Leaders are responsible for opening or closing the restaurant, adhering to established procedures, and leading their shift effectively. This includes ensuring that guests receive a remarkable experience, holding team members accountable for maintaining high standards, and facilitating effective communication among staff. Team Leaders also take ownership of their entire shift, which involves counting and balancing cashier settlements at the end of the day. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service, where Team Leaders must respond quickly and efficiently to changes or edits to orders.
