About the position

Le PasSage & The Rose Cafe are poised to redefine the culinary landscape in Dallas, backed by the innovative vision of owner Stephan Courseau and the expertise of Michelin-starred Chef Bruno Davaillon. We are in search of a Restaurant General Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing the operations of both establishments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience that reflects our commitment to culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in hospitality management, demonstrating a proven ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively to uphold the highest standards in food and beverage service. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead and inspire the dining room team, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional. You will conduct daily line-ups, providing on-the-floor support during service to maintain a seamless operation. Your role will also involve maintaining and enhancing service standards through effective communication with both the kitchen and events teams. Participation in weekly management meetings will be essential, as you will oversee financial operations and contribute to strategic discussions. Developing and fostering a positive team environment will be a key focus, as we believe that a motivated team is crucial to delivering outstanding service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who is passionate about hospitality and full-service dining.
