About the position

The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a midsize Wyndham franchise hotel in East Memphis, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and effective management of hotel staff. This role requires strong leadership skills and prior management experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Ensure guest satisfaction is the highest priority.
• Oversee scheduling and management of at least 20 employees across various departments.
• Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage hotel budgets and financial performance.

Requirements

• Prior management experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
