We are seeking a Hospitality Human Resources Manager for our well-known, growing restaurant group! This role is pivotal in ensuring that our human resources practices align with our commitment to excellence in hospitality. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will act as the main point of contact for all benefit inquiries and provide coaching and counseling to employees and management to resolve employee relation matters. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English will be essential in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. In this role, you will also be expected to travel up to 50% for visits within our restaurant units, ensuring that HR practices are consistently applied across all locations. Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Must have 3+ years of Human Resources experience within Hospitality.
  • Human Resources Certification preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
