About the position

The Hospitality Manager, Bar, plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient bar operations within our venues. This position is responsible for overseeing the bar staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service quality. The Hospitality Manager will lead a team of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver outstanding service to our guests. In addition to team management, the Hospitality Manager will monitor and maintain appropriate levels of bar inventory, including beverages, supplies, and equipment. This includes collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback is another key aspect of this role, requiring the manager to resolve issues promptly and professionally to uphold the reputation of our venues. Furthermore, the Hospitality Manager will implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
