We are seeking a Hospitality Manager Food and Nutrition for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. The Manager Food and Nutrition Services leads and manages the operations and activities of the Food and Nutrition Services Department within assigned hospital and hospital department/campus locations. This role is crucial in providing consistent, high-quality service in a sanitary environment while ensuring compliance with State, Local, Federal, and Joint Commission regulations, as well as established policies and procedures and department standards of performance. In this position, you will evaluate existing systems and processes, initiate changes and improvements, and make suggestions to the Director. You will demonstrate knowledge and ensure compliance with all current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (TJC, OSHA, EEOC, and others) within all food and nutritional services areas. Your leadership will guide the daily operations of the Food and Nutrition Services Department, which encompasses all patient and non-patient food service, employee cafeteria, doctor's dining room, catering, and floor stock. Additionally, you will assist and support the preparation of department records, as well as recurring and special reports and analyses indicating the number and types of regular and therapeutic diets prepared, nutritional and caloric analyses of meals, food and labor costs, sanitation irregularities, menus, food production rates, and more as required/requested. You will manage the effective operation of all Food and Nutrition Services activities to provide an aseptic and aesthetically pleasing environment through coordinating and supervising assigned functions of the department. Furthermore, you will oversee the purchase of supplies, food, equipment, and other supplies to meet the needs of the assigned hospital and department campus, while managing department productivity to assigned goals and objectives to maximize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
