We are seeking a Hospitality Manager Patient Experience for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. This role is crucial in maintaining the daily operations of the Patient Services, ensuring that patient and employee safety and HACCP guidelines are upheld. As a leader in Food and Nutrition Services, you will collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to manage the overall operation of the patient tray delivery system. You will also coordinate and implement performance improvement and quality control programs for Food and Nutrition Services, ensuring that our standards are met and exceeded. In this position, you will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and counseling staff in accordance with hospital HR policies. You will oversee the Patient Computer system, acting as the on-site administrator and liaison with the IT&S department. Your accountability will extend to promoting consistent, positive patient interactions that advance the agenda of unparalleled patient service. Additionally, you will provide educational support for staff, ensuring that necessary certifications are maintained. This includes coordinating and performing a variety of staff development functions, such as conducting needs assessments, developing goals and objectives, implementing methods, and evaluating measures for educational activities. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Patient Services to ensure patient and employee safety and HACCP guidelines are maintained.

  • Responsible for overall operation and management of the patient tray delivery system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Food Handlers Permit.
  • Registered Food Service Manager (RFSM) certification.
