Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the hospitality team to deliver outstanding service to guests.
  • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and event services.
  • Conduct interviews and hire staff as needed to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage costs effectively.
  • Create schedules for staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is essential.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
  • Experience in casual dining environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food management practices and health regulations is required.
  • Previous experience in supervising bar services is a plus.
