Responsibilities

  • Working in a fast-paced environment - Sense of Urgency is a Key Factor
  • Consistent marketing of services via phone, email, and social media
  • Weekly Outside B2B sales and Client QC Visits (Mileage reimbursed)
  • On-call coverage
  • On-Site Event Check-ins and Management (Including Concerts and Sporting Events!)
  • Handling High Volume phones
  • Full Cycle Recruitment
  • Interviewing, Onboarding, Skill Matching
  • Employee management and scheduling

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years Minimum working in Hospitality Management
  • Associate degree in Management or Hospitality or equivalent work experience
  • Vehicle for traveling to Client sites and outside sales
  • Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of Spanish
