The Hospitality Manager at Bi-Rite Management Services, LLC plays a crucial role in creating an inspiring experience for guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the business. The Hospitality Manager will assist the General Manager (GM) in achieving store goals, maintaining product quality and consistency, controlling inventory levels, and ensuring the safe handling of products and equipment. In this position, the Hospitality Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, set shift goals, manage staff call-outs, and authorize breaks. They will also be responsible for the overall appearance of the store, ensuring that it meets the high standards expected by guests. This includes monitoring the store environment, including music volume and content, to enhance guest satisfaction. The Hospitality Manager will open and close the store, ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation, and will be involved in staff engagement, growth, and retention through performance monitoring and coaching.
