About the position

As a Hospitality Manager at Chick-fil-A, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests and team members. Your primary focus will be on leading, managing, and holding your team accountable to ensure that we consistently win hearts every day through remarkable service and a caring culture. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching team members to foster a positive work environment. You will manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including maintaining budgets, managing inventory, and conducting end-of-month procedures. Your role will also involve auditing cash handling processes and overseeing money management to ensure financial integrity. You will be expected to maintain labor costs at 22% or lower while achieving productivity levels of $95 or higher. Additionally, you will be accountable for scheduling and ensuring that our guest experience metrics, such as speed of service and customer experience management (CEM) scores, meet or exceed the top 20% of the chain. Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible and open availability for various shifts including day, night, and holidays.
  • Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
