The Hospitality Manager at Ground Provisions is a leadership role focused on overseeing the restaurant's operations during its open hours, which are Wednesday to Saturday starting at 5 PM. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during open hours.
• Lead and coordinate a small team to ensure excellent guest service.
• Manage reservations and private dining experiences.
• Train and mentor staff in fine dining service and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle scheduling and floor management effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality management role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with POS systems and scheduling.
• Attention to detail in service and operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with reservation systems like Resy.
• Background in private dining and retail.
• Familiarity with social media marketing for restaurants.
