About the position
The Hospitality Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings is responsible for supervising the restaurant's operations and team on a shift-by-shift basis. The role focuses on ensuring quality service, timely product delivery, and effective management of team members. The manager will implement incentive programs, conduct evaluations, and maintain compliance with company standards while fostering a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant operations and team on a shift-by-shift basis.
- Implement Team Member incentive contests.
- Conduct structured first interviews and reference checks.
- Conduct disciplinary sessions with hourly team members and document discussions.
- Evaluate FOH Team Members every 30 days after hire and every 90 days thereafter.
- Post new WOW and HOT alerts on the team member communication board.
- Approve FOH schedules submitted by Shift Leader and ensure correct staffing for special events.
- Evaluate schedules to ensure proper staffing and team placement.
- Approve all FOH schedule changes.
- Follow company operating standards for tipped team members.
- Complete all FOH daily paperwork according to SOP.
- Create and implement action plans related to guest experience and quality operations.
- Perform CVD audits and manage liquor orders and bar needs.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluations effectively.
- Knowledge of company operating standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with inventory management and COGS analysis.
