As a Sports Bar Hospitality Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our sports bars deliver an exceptional experience to our fans every day. Your role will encompass overseeing the Hospitality, Take-Out, Delivery, and Server Team Members, ensuring that each aspect of our service meets the high standards we set for ourselves. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, making sure everything runs smoothly while fostering an environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and team performance. In addition to managing the operational aspects, you will have the opportunity to lead our in-house marketing initiatives, which are crucial for engaging our customers and enhancing their experience. You will also execute our rewards program, which is designed to encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits. Your leadership will be key in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that keeps our fans coming back for more. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about the hospitality industry but also possess a strong understanding of the business. You will need to be knowledgeable about labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service. Your ability to navigate safety and security systems and procedures will also be essential in maintaining a safe environment for both our team and our guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the sports bar, ensuring smooth execution of services.
• Manage the Hospitality, Take-Out, Delivery, and Server Team Members to ensure high performance.
• Lead in-house marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
• Execute the rewards program to promote customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications as required by law.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous management experience in a similar environment.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures.
• Strong computer operations skills.
