About the position

The Hospitality Manager will oversee operations at a high-volume luxury entertainment and dining venue in New York City. This role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, leading a large team, managing daily operations, and achieving financial and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Proactively engage with guests, address concerns, and ensure comfort throughout their visit.
• Recruit, train, and develop a large team across food, beverage, and entertainment departments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive team culture focused on high standards and guest service.
• Manage daily operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring smooth service and efficient flow.
• Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and control costs.
• Work with senior leadership to drive revenue and achieve financial goals through effective expense management and team productivity.
• Maintain quality standards for all services, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Oversee scheduling for rotating shifts, ensuring team members have two consecutive days off.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manager in a high-volume luxury hospitality, entertainment, or fine-dining environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team development.
• Financial acumen, with budgeting, revenue management, and cost control experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS and hospitality management software.
