Your role will encompass overseeing the Hospitality, Take-Out, Delivery, and Server Team Members, ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while maintaining a fun and fast-paced environment. In addition to managing the team, you will also have the opportunity to lead in-house marketing initiatives and execute our rewards program, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Your leadership will be crucial in training and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. We are looking for someone who not only understands the business but is also passionate about creating a positive and energetic work environment. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation practices. Your educational background should include at least a high school diploma or GED, with additional certifications in food handling and alcohol dispensing being a plus. If you have a bachelor's degree and two years of management experience, that would be an added advantage. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications (if required by law).
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
