About the position

As a Sports Bar Hospitality Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sports bar, ensuring a smooth execution of hospitality, take-out, delivery, and server team member performance. Your role is crucial in providing an exceptional experience for sports fans while leading marketing initiatives and executing the rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the sports bar.
• Manage the Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery and Server Team Member execution and performance.
• Ensure smooth operations while providing an ultimate experience for sports fans.
• Lead in-house marketing initiatives for the sports bar.
• Execute the rewards program for customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of previous management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety/security systems.
• Computer skills necessary for operations.
