About the position

As a Hospitality Manager at Barsala by Landing, you will lead operations across various hospitality functions, including room preparation, facilities management, guest experience, and team management. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining positive relationships with property owners, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver an incredible guest experience by preparing accommodations to meet Barsala standards.
• Manage the local housekeeping team and oversee room preparation.
• Purchase, monitor, and manage inventory for room preparation.
• Efficiently manage bookings to create positive guest experiences.
• Resolve guest requests expeditiously and inspect each room after cleaning.
• Develop and maintain a positive partnership with property managers.
• Ensure guest compliance with Barsala policies and manage non-complying guests.
• Maximize uptime across all managed accommodations and manage costs.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or hotel operations.
• Enthusiasm for delivering incredible guest experiences.
• Passion for working within systems and as part of a team.
• Exceptional real-time problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Commitment to creating order and organization.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity software.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds repetitively.
