About the position

The Culinary Services Hospitality Manager at Aldersgate United Methodist Retirement Community is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of dining venues for Independent Living residents. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the quality of the dining experience, and ensuring cleanliness in dining areas. The manager will also train and schedule staff, acting as the primary point of contact for residents.
