About the position

The Hospitality Manager at Atomic Golf is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospitality team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and innovative environment. This role involves leading a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, while collaborating with the culinary team to maintain high standards of service and food quality. The manager will also address guest feedback, implement service standards, and contribute to promotional events, all while fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality team, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Ensure all team members deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement and enforce top-notch service standards, training programs, and policies.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor cost control to optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and execution of promotions, events, and special offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive and teamwork-oriented work environment.

• Previous experience in a hospitality management role is required.
