About the position

The Hospitality Manager at Topgolf is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations within the venue. This role involves overseeing a large staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service quality, all while implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, including food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and other activities.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in full-service restaurant management, food and beverage management, or a related hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
