About the position

As a Sports Bar Hospitality Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will oversee the daily operations of our sports bars, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your role will involve managing the Hospitality, Take-Out, Delivery, and Server teams, while also leading marketing initiatives and executing our rewards program. This position is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and atmosphere that our fans expect on game day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the sports bar, ensuring smooth execution of services.
• Manage the Hospitality, Take-Out, Delivery, and Server teams to ensure high performance.
• Lead in-house marketing initiatives to promote the sports bar.
• Execute the rewards program to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications as required by law.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous management experience in a similar environment.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures.
• Strong computer operation skills.
